     As prices have escalated on real estate, we have successfully developed our listing a la carte' marking service for a fee. You choose any or all of our services on a fee per item basis. You still are in control of your own sale! We can assist you, the consumer, in another relationship, without a fiduciary relationship, by performing the necessary ministerial acts.
     You do not owe us a commission unless we bring you a contract thru our office and have negotiated any commission during the transaction. You negotiate any commissions with the buyers, agents or their representatives directly.
